چکیده

Abstract The rapid expansion of global trade and human activities has resulted in a massive increase wastewater pollution into the atmosphere. Suspended solids, organic inorganic particles, dissolved heavy metals, dyes, other impurities contained from various sources are toxic to atmosphere pose serious health risks humans animals. Coagulation–flocculation technology is commonly used treatment remove cell debris, colloids, contaminants comfortable effective manner. Flocculants, both inorganic, have long been treatment. However, because their low performance, non-biodegradability, associated risks, use limited. eco-friendly bioflocculants become essential due implications chemical flocculants. Because availability, biodegradability, protection, plant-derived coagulants/flocculants plant-based grafted recently made significant progress This study will undoubtedly provide clearer understanding current state, challenges, solutions for bioflocculation remediation using green materials sake cleaner climate.

Green chemistry approach for the synthesis of CuO nanostructure

Molecular sieves MCM-41 were synthesized from rice husk ash (RHA) as alternative sources of silica. The material was synthesized by a room temperature method from a gel with the molar composition SiO2: 1.6EA: 0.215HDTMABr: 325H2O with pH correction. The cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMABr) was used as a structure template. Nanocomposite containing 5.0 and 10.0 wt.% of Cu was synthesized unde...

The WEST++ Wastewater Treatment Plant Modelling and Simulation Environment

WEST++ is a modelling and simulation environment for any kind of process which can be described (in an Object– Oriented fashion) as a structured collection of Differential Algebraic Equations (DAE’s). Currently however, WEST++ is applied to Waste-Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) design and optimization. In particular, the IAWQ1 model [1] is the basis for a simple model of the dynamics of a basic WW...
